About The Founder
As a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 24 years’ experience across consulting, business performance improvement, risk, internal audit and advisory, Shirley is passionate about building sustainability and long-term customised solutions for her clients.
With extensive global and local experience in assisting clients with designing and implementing governance and control programmes to support financial reporting requirements, she specialises in driving improved business performance through process improvements, risk management, regulatory compliance, governance and control enhancements. She has extensive experience across the public and private sector, and continues to provide value to her clients, large and small, in her role as Director of ST Consulting. Her wealth of knowledge and depth of expertise adds value to every project she engages in.
She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Directors, Institute of Internal Auditors and The Institute of Risk Management of South Africa.
